Could use more information about your situation. What are the specifications of the device that you’re using to try and connect to the service (device processor, RAM, Storage, OS)? What dataacenter are you connected to? From where are you connecting to? What kind of network are you on- is it 5GHz, Ethernet or 2.4 GHz?
My spec’s are good but still
As long as they match or are better than the official minimum requirements that’s fine, but more information about your situation is still needed to help diagnose the issue. Has this suddenly happened or are you simply having connection issues and this is your first time on the service?
