Can't Login With PC Client

Just downloaded the client and created a new profile. I had to quit for a few minutes to take care of something and then when I tried to log back in and subscribe, I couldn’t connect, it said failed. Is this a result of peak times? Firewall? If so, this may not be the remote server for me. Any workarounds so I can at least try this for a month? Thanks.

I failed to mention is was for the PC client.

Same thing is going on for me. Tried using 3 different internet connections.
