Connection loss & shutdown


i loose connection after roughly half an hour (it's been so for the last 5 hours) and then i see "Due to inactivity...10 minutes...stopping". I don't wait for 10 minutes, it gets presented immediately.
Is it possible that the cloud-instance crashed?
Makes it really unplayable for me!
I am really considering whether i should quit your service!

Im on a Mac.

Mac update 0.0.41 (disconnected every 30 minutes)
