How can I reactivate my account?

I have an account, which I created some time ago, now I went to enter it to buy a plan and could not get in, says that I do not have credits, what should I do? Is there any way to delete the account to create again?

Ad-supported accounts have been deactivated, as was announced some weeks ago. You should contact support at liquidskysupport.zendesk.com.

Still, I think you should be able to buy credits. :thinking:
