Have a nice day. I haven't any credits in the my player plan. I want to get a new player plan, but it can only be upgraded to an unlimited plan. How can I get the player plan again? And I got the player plan for $ 9. Am I going to pay $ 15 to get it now?
Sorry to add onto your thread instead of answer it but I have a similar issue with the unlimited plan, it says "add a payment method" on the my account page and only has the option to downgrade my plan. Will it automatically take the money out at the end of the billing month? Is there any way to pay it in advance?
Edit: okay, support got back to me and my payment method was saved. Try sending support a message.
