My account was flagged/deactivated

I recently got into liquidsky to pay more sky credits, suddently when I login it says, that My account was flagged or deactivated, I wanna know why this happens and my account back, like I already send for you an email about this situation

If you’ve already sent in a support ticket, posting here does not really help matters in any regards. As to why this is happening please note the announcement below:

The service as it was had been shut down as staff are working on a new product. You may contact support for a reimbursement of credits.
