You’re making a lot of assumptions here which is how rumors get started.
The why to all three of your bullet points is simple - there was no plan for a shutdown when those communications were made. This has nothing to do with the SkyCredits held by customers and is, as we said, a way for us to focus on a new product. The new iteration of LiquidSky will be nothing like 2.0 and we need all of our engineers (and more which is why we’re hiring) to focus on our new product. It’ll make more sense as time goes along.
Lastly, customers are receiving refunds for their purchases. If you have already been in contact with support and still have an issue, please feel free to reach out to me directly. I’m in contact with the support team and can pass along further recommendations to them.
