Purchased plan but not getting instant access


As the title says. I paid the 9.99 monthly plan and yet have not received instant access. I have my skycredits but it still says I am waiting for the boarding group. Any idea what is going on? Restarted the client a few times and logged in and out.


Delete your LiquidSky folders (the one where your client is, and the one in %appdata%).
Re-download from the LS homepage, and try again.
