Unable to sign-up

I have a working account which runs great and now i want to create two new accounts for my kids for us to play together on LS. However when i try to go the sign-up process for them i get the message “Sorry Liquid Sky is not available for you at this time”.

I have tried several different email adresses etc. same result. Remember I have an active account already so for some reason i can’t new subscriptions and accounts.

Can anyone help me with this ?

Odd. I would say file a ticket with support and explain the situation:

Although I suppose it does depend upon from where you’re signing up, but if you have an existing account it doesn’t quite make much sense.
