Upgraded from pay as you go to gamer plan but storage remains at 100gb



     I have upgraded from pay as you go to gamer plan but my skycomputer remains at 100gb .

Please submit a support ticket to us by going to https://liquidskysupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and then click on the submit a requrest button on the upper left of the page.

Please attach a screenshot of your Payments and Billing page so that we will know what plan is being displayed on your account.


Click Win+R and type “diskmgmt.msc” (no quotes) and check if you don’t have unallocated space. If so just expand C: partition or just create new.

I got the same bug just recently, likely due to the updated patch.
Pretty sure that’s the same method they use when people upgrade accounts, except for some users they might have to do it manually, which isn’t a big deal.
